Crestline Peptide products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical treatment, cosmetic application, or any other non-research purpose.

• Buyers must be qualified research institutions, laboratories, or authorized scientific personnel.
• By purchasing, you attest that the products will be used exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, or formulation development.
• We explicitly prohibit resale or redistribution for human or animal use.
• Crestline Peptide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of violating this policy.

Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and reporting where legally required.

Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are in USD and subject to change. All sales are final once payment is confirmed except where required by law.

Minimum order value is $150 USD. Orders below this may be rejected or incur a handling fee.

Payment methods currently accepted: cryptocurrency (preferred), manual card processing, ACH/wire/invoice for qualified buyers.

You are responsible for ensuring that import and use of these products is legal in your jurisdiction.

Current policy (pre-launch):

• US domestic shipping: 3–7 business days via tracked carrier.
• Free shipping on orders over $450 (US only).
• International shipping available upon request (additional cost and customs responsibility of buyer).
• Products are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging with batch/lot labeling.
• COA (Certificate of Analysis) is available by lot number upon request after purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and regulatory requirements:

• We generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.
• Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or credit at our discretion.
• Refunds for crypto payments will be issued in the original cryptocurrency or equivalent value at time of refund.
• All refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and communicate with customers (name, email, shipping address, order details).

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill shipping or legal obligations.

Order records are retained for compliance and tax purposes.
